Don't mind the tile, that is just sitting there, trying to figure out a pattern etc. Also no trim obviously. It will happen. :)

Colors don't look right but that is ok. I have the footprint fleshed in for the fireplace seat/ledge. Looks like the biggest fireplace I will be able to get is something with about a 42" width. I want something that larger logs can fit into, also I intend to hard plumb it for propane as well so in case someone wants a fire but doesn't want to carry in wood. I like wood as I like the smell and popping but I can understand why someone would prefer gas and I can go either way. Oh that is the TV screen on the right.
